STRESS MANAGEMENT
Time is a scarce resource in any organisation. As a result Managers are faced with the basic dilemma of how to achieve more and better results in a less time, resulting in Stress and Crisis Management.
In addition as Managers they have a crucial role to play influencing how others perform. This has a lot to do with the Swamp Theory i.e. when your up to your eyes in alligators, its difficult to remember that your original idea was to drain the swamp.
This 1-Day Course is designed to make delegates aware of how they could use their management skills more effectively. Delegates will be given the opportunity through practical exercises to deal with priority matters, be more aware of the stressing factors and how to effectively deal with them.
